Carolyn and Stuart Campbell have over 50 years experience between them to provide you and your family with personal and very professional eye care.
In 1987 Carolyn became a business partner with the late Viv Nicholls, a prominent Optometrist dedicated to the academic advancement of Optometry in New Zealand.
In 1991 Stuart (a registered structural engineer) returned to University to study for a Bachelor of Optometry and they have now worked together since 1994.
As a parent Carolyn became increasingly interested in children’s vision and the effects of poor focus and binocular function on learning. At our Point Chevalier practice you will regularly come across young children happily taking her hand and walking into the consulting room engrossed in a catch up conversation.
Stuart has a special interest in contact lenses, particularly the challenges of Keratoconic fitting and management.
Shelley Brannigan has worked at Campbell & Campbell since she graduated with a Bachelor of Optometry in 1996.
Stuart and Shelley are therapeutically qualified to prescribe antibiotics, steroids and other medicines to manage eye infections and inflammation promptly. For more severe ocular emergencies we will organise an appropriate referral for you.
Collectively our goal is to deliver eye care that is professional and personal for every member of your family.
